Welcome to Ilchester. Tucked away in the beautiful Somerset countryside, we have been making speciality British cheeses since 1962. Beer Cheese was the first creation by founder Ken Seaton, whilst today, we have a raft of great tasting cheeses, the best known including Applewood smoked cheddar, Mexicana chilli cheese and our delicious Five Counties.
