Such details include: a clear photograph of the Gold Ticket, the Winner’s name, date of birth, address and phone number, and the unique 10-digit code.
Age & Residency
Participants must be aged 18 years or over and reside in the United Kingdom. The Promotor reserves the right to ask for evidence to verify the age and/or eligibility of a participant at any time and may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from a Winner. In the event that a prize item is out of stock or becomes unavailable then a prize of equivalent value will be offered by the Promotor to a Winner. In the event for any reason that a Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promotor, or is unable to receive delivery of the prize following x2 attempted deliveries, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation or alternative prize will be supplied in lieu of this.
It is the responsibility of the Winner to provide clear contact details when emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Winners will be asked to confirm their full name, address, date of birth and unique reference number (found on the Gold Ticket). A Winner may also be asked to provide proof of purchase and possession of the Gold Ticket – this can be done by taking a photograph of the Gold Ticket or the Promoter will arrange postage with the Winner (at the Promoter’s cost). Following receipt of the information requested, the Promotor will review the information and will, within 30 days of receipt of such information, either deliver the first hamper as part of the prize (the Delivery Date) or inform the Winner of the reasoning why their information has not been accepted.
There are 3 Golden Ticket prizes that can be won. Golden Ticket Winners will win a year’s supply of cheese from the Ilchester® brand and friends. This equates to a hamper of 12 cheeses every three months for a year (4 hampers/48 cheeses in total per Winner). No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize is not for resale.
The 4 hampers forming the prize will be delivered in installments with the first being delivered on the Delivery Date and each hamper after that being delivered on or around the 3 month anniversary of the Delivery Date or the previous delivery date (up to 12 months).
Prizes will be awarded against each winning code supplied with the necessary details so unique codes should not be shared on social media or with any other person until prizes have been claimed.
